Summer is the season for lots of outdoor activities. STARS had its Second Annual Cookout on Sunday, June 24. Families gathered at Buchanan Park in Lancaster on that beautiful sunny day, ate picnic foods and participated in games. The children blew bubbles, played on the playground, worked out with hula hoops and wore star shaped sunglasses.
