Lancaster County Early Intervention and IU13 Preschool Special Education Program offer support and services free of charge for children with developmental delays. Referrals for both programs can come from a parent, family member, physician, childcare provider or other individual.

   STARS is participating in a Moo-velous fundraiser. It's a refreshingly simple way for you to help us get money to support our organization. Just visit any Turkey Hill Minit Market and buy Turkey Hill milk products with specially marked lids. Collect the lids, then bring the lids to a STARS meeting. Our group will receive 10 cents for every lid we collect.

New Year Message

Greetings,

   In this message I hope to encourage you to celebrate rituals with your family. Family rituals are distinctive, recurring events that allow us to share joy and show appreciation for the blessings in our lives. Rituals are beneficial because they can help us to deal with change and loss. Rituals can also bring about emotional healing and pass on values from generation to generation.

   During the coming year, my family will observe traditional holidays as well as several other days that some people may consider "out of the ordinary." We have created our own rituals in honor of the occasions that we choose to celebrate.
