For each one of us, life is a continuing process of change: marriage, birth, adoption, a new job, divorce or death. Change is life's only constant. Some situations are hard to manage and we are faced with what feels like insurmountable challenges. We have no control of life's occurrences, but we can always choose the manner in which we deal with them. The choices we make will eventually determine who we are today, and who we will become tomorrow.
